North Carolina Festival by the Sea

- Details: Holden Beach's premier autumn event brings more than 120 local arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, and live entertainment. Highlights include a Saturday parade, a horseshoe tournament, and a sandcastle-building contest. Notably, this is the only time of the year that pedestrian traffic is permitted to walk across the scenic Holden Beach Bridge. Both admission and parking are completely free.
